Life Review Workshop: Turning Memory into Meaning and Inspiration (In Person)Mondays, July 13, 20, 27 | 11:00 am–12:30 pm
"They Are Our Life and the Length of Our Days" (from the Aahavat Olam prayer)
Every life is a Torah—full of chapters worth revisiting, wisdom worth sharing, and meaning still unfolding.
Rooted in the insight of psychologist Erik Erikson, who believed our deepest work in older adulthood is gathering our experiences into a coherent narrative, this workshop offers something rare and precious: dedicated time and sacred space to reflect on the life you've lived.
Through conversation, creative exploration, and the grounding wisdom of Jewish texts, we'll weave together memory and meaning—looking honestly at the path we've walked, the moment we're standing in, and the road still ahead.
